摘 要:在开采过程中为防止煤层顶板和底板石灰岩含水层发生突水,采掘前应用地面水平井注浆工艺技术,在地面施工定向水平多分支钻孔,对煤层顶板和底板石灰岩含水层进行注浆加固,将含水层改造为弱含水层或隔水层。以山东省德州市齐河县赵官煤矿、邱集煤矿后组煤11、13煤开采为例,对地面水平井注浆目的层选择、钻孔设计及注浆工艺进行了全面介绍,将煤层顶板和底板各个注浆点的水位数据绘制水位等值线。结果表明:注浆范围内形成隔水区域明显,四五灰含水层注浆效果比徐灰含水层注浆效果明显,注浆区域内中间位置的注浆改造效果最好。通过井下验证,煤层顶板和底板石灰岩含水层治理效果明显,为煤层顶板和底板石灰岩含水层加固治理提供了经验和技术支撑,对以后煤层顶板和底板含水层水害防治具有指导意义。In order to prevent water inrush from the limestone aquifer of the coal seam roof and floor during the mining process,the surface horizontal well grouting technology is applied before excavation.Directional horizontal multi branch drilling is carried out on to reinforce the limestone aquifer of the coal seam roof and floor by grouting,and the aquifer is transformed into a weak aquifer or aquiclude.Taking the lower group coal 11 and 13 of Zhaoguan and Qiuji Coal Mine in Qihe County,Dezhou City,Shandong Province as examples,a comprehensive introduction was given to the selection of target layers for surface horizontal well grouting,drilling design,and grouting technology.The water level data of each grouting point on the coal seam roof and floor were plotted with water level contour.The results show that the formation of a waterproof area within the grouting range is obvious,and the grouting effect of the No.4 and No.5 limestone aquifer is more obvious than that of the Xu limestone aquifer.The grouting transformation effect is the best in the middle position of the grouting area.Through underground verification,it has been found that the treatment effect of coal seam roof and floor limestone aquifer is significant,providing experience and technical support for the reinforcement and treatment of coal seam roof and floor limestone aquifer.This has guiding significance for the prevention and control of water damage in coal seam roof and floor aquifers in the future.
