摘　　要：北宋时期西部边疆地区成为各种矛盾汇集和冲突多发的区域,包括汉族与沿边少数民族的矛盾冲突、少数民族之间的矛盾冲突。由于西夏等民族政权力量的介入,使各种矛盾冲突交织,加剧了西部边区的复杂局势。为此,宋廷采取军事、经济、政治、法律、文教等多方面的措施互相配合,对西部边区社会进行综合管控,逐渐形成了具有北宋特色的西部边疆控制体系。即不再以军事力量作为唯一解决矛盾冲突的手段,而是顺应历史发展趋势,突出以经济等和平手段应对民族冲突,从而保障了西部边区社会的基本稳定,为北宋王朝“百年无事”局面的形成贡献了力量。During the Northern Song Dynasty,the western frontier region became a region with various contradictions and conflicts.It includes contradictions and conflicts between the Han nationality and ethnic minorities along the border,and conflicts between different ethnic minorities.Various contradictions and conflicts are intertwined,which has aggravated the complicated situation in the westerm border areas.To this end,the Song Dynasty adopted military,economic,political,legal,cultural and educational measures to coordinate with each other,comprehensively control the western border areas,and formed a western frontier control system with the characteristics of the Northern Song Dynasty.That is to say:no longer use military power as the only means to resolve conflicts,but to conform to the historical development trend,highlighting the use of economic and other peaceful means to deal with ethnic conflicts,thus ensuring the basic stability of the western border areas,and demonstrating the distinctive features of the Northern Song Dynasty governing the western border area.
