从修史职掌看辽朝翰林院与国史院关系  

The Relationship between Hanlin Yuan and Guoshi Yuan in Liao Dynasty from the Perspective of History Compilation Duty

摘　　要：辽朝国史院负责编修史书典籍,官员均由其他官署官员兼领。辽朝翰林院官员在草拟书诏、参谋议政之外,有兼任国史院官职修史的事例,且辽朝翰林院内官员兼任国史院官职者较前代有所增加。但是从修史职掌来看,国史院长官主要由枢密院和中书省长官兼任,国史院中翰林院官员兼任史官者不占主导地位,翰林院与国史院并无直接隶属关系。The Guoshi Yuan in Liao Dynasty was responsible for compiling history books and classics,and its officials were all led by other government officials.In addition to writing edits and advising on government affairs,there were cases of officials in the Hanlin Yuan of Liao Dynasty concurrently holding official positions in Guoshi Yuan,and the number of officials in Hanlin Yuan concurrently holding official positions in the Guoshi Yuan of Liao Dynasty increased compared with previous dynasties.However,from the perspective of history compilation duty,the governors of the Guoshi Yuan were mainly the Shumi Yuan and the governors of Zhongshusheng,and the officials from the Hanlin Yuan were not dominant.The Hanlin Yuan and Guoshi Yuan were not directly affiliated.
