试析北魏司州纲纪任职者特征

摘　　要：北魏司州别驾、治中二职为州牧之下最重要僚佐,可被称为“司州纲纪”,承担辅佐长官治理司州之任,权责甚重,非一般人所能担任。任此二职者多为当时本州郡名门士族,且需具有一定的治理才能与品学修养。此外,此二职品级较高,多作为士人任实职后的迁转官,且任职者多历任清职,仕途坦荡,可见此二职清浊度较清,有实际职权,地位重要。任司州别驾、治中者在身份、个人素质与仕宦方面体现出的特征既符合北魏贵族流品思想选官原则,又能表现出当时任此二职的本籍任用、胡汉合作与德才兼备原则,亦能体现此二职的属性及在当时的地位。The two positions of Biejia(别驾)and Zhizhong(治中)in the Northern Wei Dynasty were the most important aides under the governor of the state.They could be called the"Sizhou Gangji",responsible for assisting the governor in governing the state,with significant power and responsibility.Ordinary people were unable to hold these two positions.The two positions were mostly held by prominent aristocratic families from the state and county at that time,and they possessed certain governance skills and moral cultivation.In addition,these two positions had a high level of official rank in feudal times.Moreover,the nobles held actual positions before taking up these two positions.The incumbent had served as respectable and morally lofty officials multiple times and had a smooth career,indicating that these two positions were considered the respectable and morally lofty official positions at the time,with actual power and important status.The characteristics reflected in the identity,cultivation,and career of the people who held the positions of Biejia and Zhizhong in Sizhou at that time not only met the principles and standards of selecting officials based on the aristocratic ideology of the Northern Wei Dynasty,but also reflected the principles of appointing a native person to serve as a native official,cooperation between the Hu and Han people,and the combination of morality and talent at that time.They could also reflect the attributes and status of these two positions at that time.
