摘　　要：系统梳理了新中国成立以来医院后勤管理发展变迁的四个阶段,深入剖析各阶段的主要特点及关键变革,阐述了医院后勤服务在管理模式、技术应用、发展理念等方面的显著进步。以上海地区的社会化改革实践为研究案例,展示医院后勤管理改革的先进经验与成果。同时,对公立医院高质量发展转型过程中医院后勤服务所面临的新需求、新挑战进行了思考,旨在为未来医院后勤管理的发展提供参考和借鉴。The article systematically reviews the four stages of development and evolutions in hospital logistics management since the founding of New China,deeply analyzes the main characteristics and key changes of each stage,and elaborates on the significant progress in hospital logistics services in terms of management models,technological applications,and development concepts.Taking the social reform practice in the Shanghai area as a case study,it demonstrates the advanced experience and achievements of hospital logistics management reform,and contemplates the new needs and challenges faced by hospital logistics services in the high-quality development and transformation process of public hospitals,aiming to provide references and insights for the future development of hospital logistics management.
