移动DR在新生儿床边摄片中使用的辐射剂量及感染控制政策认知调查

摘　　要：2023年11月20日至12月5日,选取沿海地区12个省的53家医院放射科及新生儿科医技护人员239名,采用问卷星的形式对其进行问卷调查。内容为医技护人员对新生儿床边摄片中辐射剂量及医院感染控制政策的认知情况。239名医技护人员中:200人(83.7%)认为新生儿床边摄片过程中可能会因为操作不当引起感染;209人(87.4%)担心床边摄片的辐射剂量会对新生儿的健康存在潜在影响。新生儿床边摄片过程中须规范移动DR的使用:放射技术人员须慎重选择曝光参数,降低新生儿辐射剂量;执行无菌操作,减少新生儿医源性感染风险。A total of 239 medical technical nurses from the departments of radiology and neonatology of 53 hospitals in 12 coastal provinces of China were selected from November 20 to December 5,2023,and investigated by using the questionnaire star questionnaire.The survey content was the cognition of radiation technicians and newborn medical staff on the use of mobile DR in newborn bedside photography and infection control policies.200(83.6%)medical technicians and nurses thought that improper operation may cause hospital infection in the process of newborn bedside photography.A total of 209(87.4%)medical technicians and nurses were concerned about the potential impact of radiation dose from bedside imaging on the health of newborns.The use of mobile DR should be standardized in the process of newborn bedside radiography.Radiation technicians should carefully select the exposure parameters to reduce the radiation dose to newborn.Aseptic operation was performed in the imaging process to reduce the risk of newborn nosocomial infection.
