摘　　要：近年,国家对企业“节能”“环保”方面的要求日益严格,且电解铝行业在疯狂增长后,电解烟气净化系统氧化铝流化输送工艺的设备水平和技术没有显著的提升,升级换代的需求迫切。本文对输送工艺的问题进行分析,并结合工程实际和现有的技术装备条件,对物料输送的新技术应用进行简单论述。In recent years,the country's requirements for"energy conservation"and"environmental protection"of enterprises have become increasingly strict,and after the rapid growth of the electrolytic aluminum industry,there has been no significant improvement in the equipment level and technology of the alumina fluidized conveying process for electrolytic flue gas purification system,and there is an urgent need for upgrading and replacement.This paper analyzes the problems of conveying process and briefly discusses the application of new technologies in material conveying based on engineering practice and existing technical equipment conditions.
