摘　　要：本文立足预焙阳极生产实践,针对生产中常见的原辅料质量问题和工艺管控问题,提出通过原辅料均匀搭配、分仓堆放以及精准操作等管控操作措施,生产均质化预焙阳极,确保电解槽生产稳定。希望通过本文的探讨,推动和提升铝电解用炭素预焙阳极质量均质化管控水平。The paper is based on the production practice of pecbaked anode,in view of the conmon problems of raw material and anxilary material quality and production process control,it is putforward that the peoduction of homogeneous pecbaked anode can ensure the stable production of electrollytic cell by means of the control mcasures such as the even colloeation of raw materials and auniliay materials,the stacking of separate hins and the prcise operation.It is hoped to promate and impeove the quality control leve of prcbaked cauhan anade for aluminum electrolysis.
