摘  要:针对石油焦罐式煅烧炉生产过程中产生的余热情况,分析了高温煅后焦余热利用技术现状。结合某炭素厂石油焦煅烧余热利用现状,对煅烧炉物料平衡和热平衡进行计算,针对该炭素厂煅烧循环水带走的大量低温余热,提出直接用来进行厂区冬季供暖和设置吸收式热泵机组回收其余热来加热锅炉给水的方案,为石油焦煅烧循环水的余热利用提供参考和借鉴。Regarding the waste heat generated by the retort furnace of petroleum coke in the production process,the waste heat utilization technology of high-temperature calcined petroleum coke is analyzed.Combined with the present situation of waste heat utilization of petroleum coke calcination in a carbon plant,the material balance and heat balance of the retort furnace of petroleum coke are calculated,and as for the large amount of low-temperature waste heat taken away by the calcined circulating water in the carbon plant,a plan is proposed for direct heating plantwide in winter and setting up an absorption heat pump unit to recover waste heat to heat the boiler feed water,which provides reference for the utilization of waste heat in the circulating water of petroleum coke calcination.
