摘 要:波瓣引射排气系统在直升机涡轴发动机排气上多有应用,但是对于中心锥的使用研究还较少。在典型波瓣引射器几何结构不变的情况下,构建了不同的中心锥几何模型,采用数值模拟的方法,研究了双曲线形、锥管形、S形、直管+锥管形这四种不同构型的中心锥对波瓣引射器排气系统的引射能力、总压损失、热混合效率等的影响。结果表明,双曲线形中心锥在引射能力、热混合效率方面会更优一些,但同时也会带来更大的总压损失;而总体看来,几种构型的中心锥对波瓣引射器的引射能力、掺混效果、总压损失的影响均较小;工程应用中可以综合考虑不同构型的加工难度、拆装维护性等实际波瓣引射器的参数来选择中心锥方案。Lobe ejector exhaust system is widely used in helicopter turboshaft engines,but there are few researches on the use of central cone.Under the condition that the typical lobe ejector geometry remains unchanged,different central cone geometric models were constructed.The effects of four different center cones including hyperbolic,tapered,S-shaped,straight pipe+tapered on the ejection capacity,total pressure loss and thermal mixing efficiency of the exhaust system of the lobe ejector were studied by numerical simulation method.The results showed that the hyperbolic central cone was better in ejection capacity and thermal mixing efficiency,but it also brought about greater total pressure loss.In general,the influence of several configurations of central cones on the ejection capacity,mixing effect and total pressure loss of lobed ejectors was small.In engineering applications,the center cone scheme could be selected by comprehensively considering the processing difficulty,disassembly and maintenance of different configurations of actual lobed ejectors.
