摘 要:为科学规划论证新型运输直升机装备的体系定位,亟需加强规划论证阶段的体系贡献率研究。首先分别从体系能力和体系效能的角度,以能力-效能的评估流程框架为牵引,构建适用于规划论证阶段的作战能力和作战效能评估指标体系。采用熵权改进的TOPSIS方法评估新型运输直升机装备的体系贡献率,最后结合仿真试验实例验证了该方法的有效性。结果表明,该方法能在一定程度上支撑新型运输直升机装备的规划论证研究。In order to scientifically plan and demonstrate the system orientation of new transport helicopter equipment,it is urgent to strengthen the research on the system contribution rate in the planning demonstration stage.Firstly,from the perspective of system capability and system effectiveness respectively,guided by the framework of capability-effectiveness evaluation process,an operational capability and operational effectiveness evaluation index system suitable for the stage of planning demonstration were constructed.The TOPSIS method with improved entropy weight was used to evaluate the system contribution rate of new transport helicopter equipment.Finally,the effectiveness of this method was verified by simulation test examples.The results showed that this method could support the planning demonstration and research of new transport helicopter equipment to a certain extent.
