摘 要:高强度铝合金因其轻质以及优异的机械性能,在航空器制造领域尤其是直升机制造中扮演着重要角色。通过采用增材制造技术和热处理工艺,可以进一步提升这些合金的性能。此研究重点探讨了热处理工艺对添加ZrCuAlNi的7075铝合金的微观组织和力学性能的影响。通过系统地研究固溶处理和时效处理的参数,包括时间、温度等,发现热处理后的合金硬度显著提高,达到了189.1 HV。合金的拉伸性能得到了显著提升,其中抗拉强度(UTS)、屈服强度(YS)和延伸率(EL)分别达到了566.75 MPa、519.97 MPa和6.84%。详细分析了热处理过程中微观结构的变化及其对力学性能改善的作用机制,为高强度铝合金的热处理工艺提供理论依据和实践指导。High-strength aluminum alloys play an important role in aircraft manufacturing,especially helicopter manufacturing,due to their light weight and excellent mechanical properties.The properties of these alloys can be further enhanced by employing additive manufacturing techniques and heat treatment processes.This study focused on the effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7075 aluminum alloy with ZrCuAlNi addition.By systematically investigating the parameters of solution treatment and aging treatment,including time and temperature,the hardness of the heat-treated alloy was significantly increased to 189.1 HV.The tensile properties of the alloy were significantly improved,with the tensile strength(UTS),yield strength(YS)and elongation(EL)reaching 566.75 MPa,519.97 MPa and 6.84%.In this paper,the microstructural changes in the heat treatment process and the mechanism of its effect on the improvement of mechanical properties were analyze in detail,which would provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the heat treatment process of high-strength aluminum alloys.
