摘　　要：文章基于企业多年来的整车开发经验,提出了一种定义私人用途的汽车设计使用寿命研究的新思路。通过企业近几年来积累的大量真实用户行驶数据,基于B10寿命设计原则,从对标行业水平、用户拥车年限、用户年平均行驶里程、售后抱怨数据统计等多个维度进行了调研数据的深入分析,得出了满足90%用户使用目标的汽车使用年限和使用里程。基于该研究成果,提出了面向中国用户市场的私人汽车设计使用寿命指标,该指标贴近中国用户使用工况,可供行业参考。Based on years of experience in vehicle development,a new approach to the de⁃sign lifespan of automobiles defined by the usage of private cars has been proposed.Through the accu⁃mulation of a large amount of real user driving data over recent years,and based on the B10 service life design principle,an in-depth analysis of survey data is conducted from multiple dimensions,in⁃cluding benchmarking against industry standards,user vehicle ownership duration,average annual mileage,and statistics on after-sales complaints.This analysis results in the determination of the ve⁃hicle lifespan and mileage targets for 90%of users.Based on the research findings,a service life indi⁃cator for private car design aimed at the Chinese user market has been proposed,which is closely aligned with the usage conditions of Chinese users and can serve as a reference for the industry.
