摘  要:近年来我国汽车行业发展迅速,而汽车制造业作为国家工业战略产业,在国内外节能减碳的主流背景下,更需要引导上下游全产业链持续有效进行节能降碳,同时更加需要新技术、新材料的应用进行助力,达到国内政策所要求的环保节能减碳目标。文章针对MQB平台某车型的方向盘皮革新材料的开发应用,提出了相比真皮材质更加环保的超纤皮材质,阐述超纤皮的基本机理及其加工工艺,对开发过程中的横纹问题进行优化及试验验证。同时,针对欧洲超纤皮试验失效问题进行了新标准补充试验验证,对后续方向盘等内饰产品超纤皮的开发应用具有指导意义。In recent years,China's automotive industry has developed rapidly,and as a stra⁃tegic industrial sector of the national economy,the automotive manufacturing industry needs to guide the entire supply chain to continuously and effectively pursue energy conservation and carbon reduc⁃tion under the background of energy saving and carbon reduction both domestically and internation⁃ally.At the same time,it is increasingly necessary to apply new technologies and new materials to achieve the environmental protection,energy saving,and carbon reduction goals required by domes⁃tic policies.Regarding the development and application of new leather materials for the steering wheel of a certain model from MQB platform,a more environmentally friendly microfiber leather material is proposed compared to genuine leather.The basic mechanism of microfiber leather and its processing technology are elaborated.The cross-stripe issue during the development process is optimizd and veri⁃fied through experiments.Supplementary experimental verification of new standards are conducted in response to the failure of European microfiber leather tests,demonstrating guiding significance for the development and application of microfiber leather in subsequent steering wheels and other interior products.
