摘  要:本文建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定地质样品中K_(2)O、Na_(2)O、CaO、MgO、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)的方法,通过对仪器的主要工作参数、分析谱线、溶解酸等融样条件进行研究,对方法的各组分检出限、工作曲线线性范围、结果的准确度和精密度进行讨论,结果表明该方法的精密度在0.57%~3.09%,准确度在0.04%~2.72%,符合地质调查样品中的《岩石矿物矿物样品化学成分分析》检测要求。该方法简单、耗时短,能同时测定多种元素,精密度高、准确度好,可满足实验室批量分析地质样品中K_(2)O、Na_(2)O、CaO、MgO、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)。In this paper,a method for the determination of K_(2)O、Na_(2)O,CaO,MgO,Al_(2)O_(3),Fe_(2)O_(3) and TiO_(2) in geological samples by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)is established.The main working parameters of the instrument and the analysis of spectral lines,dissolved acid and other melting conditions are studied.The detection limit of each component of the method,the linear range of the working curve,the accuracy and precision of the results are discussed.The results shows that the precision of the method is between 0.57%and 3.09%,and the accuracy is between 0.04%and 2.72%.It meets the detection requirements of“Chemical Composition Analysis of Rock Mineral Samples in Geological Survey Samples”.The method is simple,time-consuming,and can simultaneously determine a variety of elements with high precision and good accuracy.It can meet the requirements of batch quantity analysis of K_(2)O,Na_(2)O,CaO,MgO,Al_(2)O_(3),Fe_(2)O_(3),and TiO_(2) of geological samples in laboratory.
