工业遗存再利用“产业更新”模式研究——以北京首钢园为例

摘　　要：工业遗存作为近现代城市历史与文化的重要载体,是贮存城市居民集体记忆的精神场所,其更新利用不仅成为业内关注的焦点,而且紧密牵动着在地居民的生活与情感。北京市首钢园区作为城市新发展阶段的老工业区转型发展重要案例,更加具有典型意义。探讨后冬奥背景下首钢园区工业遗存“以塑造核心亮点为引领,以城园融合为理念,以动态迭代为长效活力保障”的产业更新模式和策略,不仅为首钢园区的工业遗存再利用提供了具体可行的方案,而且为其他城市工业遗存的保护与利用提供了有益的参考和借鉴。As an important carrier of modern urban history and culture,industrial heritage is also a spiritual place to store the collective memory of a generation of urban residents.Its renewal and utilization not only become the focus of attention in the industry,but also closely affect the life and emotion of local residents.Beijing Shougang Park,as an important case of the transformation and development of the old industrial zone in the new development stage of the city,has more typical significance.This paper discusses the industrial renewal mode and strategy of Shougang Park industrial heritage under the post-Winter Olympics background,which is"guided by shaping core highlights,integrated city and park as the concept,and dynamic iteration as the long-term vitality guarantee",which not only provides a concrete and feasible plan for the reuse of industrial heritage in Shougang Park,but also provides a useful reference for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage in other cities.
