摘 要:针对直线型双边磁通切换永磁电机(DLFSPM)结构相对复杂,现阶段运行特性研究不充分的问题,以时步有限元为工具,建立了一种研究DLFSPM运行特性的场路耦合分析模型。阐述了DLFSPM电动运行原理,并推导出ABC坐标系下的运行特性方程。为解决直线电机仿真环境下的开域处理问题,建立圆弧形电机仿真拓扑,以一台额定输出电磁推力为400 N的DLFSPM样机为例,得到可以同时考虑DLFSPM内部磁场和外电路特性的场路耦合时步有限元模型。最后,利用该时步有限元分析模型研究了其空载特性和力角特性,仿真与实测的相关对比曲线结果表明二者吻合较好,说明该模型具有良好的计算精度,进一步验证了其正确性和有效性。In response to the relatively complex structure and insufficient research on the operating characteristics of double-sided linear flux switched permanent magnet motors(DLFSPM),a field-circuit coupling analysis model for studying the operating characteristics of DLFSPM is established by using time step finite element method as a tool.The motor-operation principle of DLFSPM is described,and the operating characteristic equation in ABC coordinate system is derived.A simulation topology for circular-arc motors is established to address the issue of open domain processing in the simulation environment of linear motors.Taking a DLFSPM prototype with a rated electromagnetic thrust of 400 N as an example,the field-circuit coupling time-step finite element model is obtained that can simultaneously consider the internal magnetic field and external circuit characteristics of the DLFSPM.The time step finite element analysis model is used to study its no-load characteristics and force angle characteristics.The comparison curve results between simulation and actual measurement show good agreement between the two,indicating that the model has good computational accuracy and further verifying its correctness and effectiveness.
