摘 要:目的分析护理本科生情境模拟学习前准备的影响因素。方法对某高校护理学院参与情境模拟学习的12名大学三年级学生进行半结构式访谈,结合能力、机会、动机—行为(Capability Opportunity Motivation-Behaviour Model,COM-B)模型,对所得资料采用传统内容分析法整理和提炼主题。结果模拟前准备情况受到物质条件、社会机会、反思性动机、自发性动机多方面因素影响。结论情境模拟的授课教师及教学管理者应该改善模拟前准备的客观条件,减轻学生的各种学习压力,并激发学生的学习动机,以促进学生做好情境模拟学习前准备。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of undergraduate nursing students’pre-simulation preparation for scenario simulation.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with junior students participating in a scenario-based simulation operation at a School of Nursing of a college.Data were organized and refined into themes using traditional content analysis in conjunction with the Competency,Opportunity,Motivation-Behaviour(COM-B)model.Results Pre-simulation preparation was influenced by a variety of factors,including the material conditions,social opportunities,reflective motivation,and spontaneous motivation.Conclusion Instructors and instructional administrators of scenario simulation should improve the material conditions of pre-simulation preparation,reduce students’learning pressures,and stimulate students’motivation in order to promote students’pre-simulation learning preparation.
