摘　　要：裂谷热是由裂谷热病毒(Rift Valley fever, RVF)引起的一种重要的人兽共患病,被世界动物卫生组织(WOAH)列为通报疫病,已在非洲和阿拉伯半岛造成多次暴发,给对人类和动物健康危害巨大。据报道我国有很多地区是裂谷热发生和传播的中高风险地区。本文对国外研究裂谷热流行病学和疫苗的研发进展进行了综述,以期对我国对裂谷热的研究以及口岸预防控制的制定提供依据和思路。Rift Valley fever(RVF)is an important zoonotic disease caused by the Rift Valley Fever virus(RVF).It is classified as a Class A infectious disease by the World Organization for Animal Health(WOAH)and has caused multiple outbreaks in Africa and the Arabi⁃an Peninsula,posing a significant threat to human and animal health.According to existing reports,many areas in China are medium to high risk areas for the occurrence and spread of Rift Valley Fever.This article is a review of the progress in research on the epidemiology and vac⁃cine development of Rift Valley Fever in foreign countries,in order to provide a basis and ideas for Chinas research on Rift Valley Fever and the formulation of port prevention and control measures.
