Comparison on Waste Heat Power Generation Technologies Between Low⁃Pressure Steam Direct Driven and Organic Rankine Cycle Routes

摘  要:我国工业低温余热资源丰富,低温余热发电技术有着广阔的市场前景。目前比较成熟的低温余热发电路线主要为有机朗肯循环发电技术和低压蒸汽直驱发电技术。介绍了2种技术路线的原理及发展趋势,以实际项目为例,从热电转化效率、投资和回报、单机容量及占地等方面对这2种路线进行了对比,并列举了2种路线适用的场景。同时提出应当合理地将2种余热发电方式相结合,形成一体化解决方案。研究成果可以为工业领域低温余热的综合利用提供参考。China has abundant low⁃temperature industrial waste heat resources,so the corresponding power generation technology has broad market prospects.The current mature low⁃temperature waste heat power generation routes mainly include Organic Rankine Cycle and low pressure steam direct driven technologies.The principles and development trends of two technological routes were presented.Taking actual projects as examples,the two routes were compared from aspects of thermoelectric conversion efficiency,investment and return,single machine capacity and land occupation.The application scenarios of the two routes were listed,and it was also proposed to combine the two methods reasonably to form an integrated scheme.The research results can provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of low⁃temperature waste heat in industrial field.
