摘  要:在国家的“双碳”目标下,越来越多的纯背压式机组与纯凝机组需要改造为抽汽式背压或者抽汽式凝汽机组。对抽汽式汽轮机机组进行了多种抽汽优化设计,比较分析了几种抽汽控制方式的可靠性与性能,基于此提出了在单阀节流调节和喷嘴节流调节的基础上增加补汽的新型抽汽控制方案。理论分析表明,新型抽汽控制方案可以使机组灵活性与经济性更好。研究成果可以为同类有调整抽汽需求的汽轮机的性能优化提供参考。Under the national“dual carbon”target,more and more pure back pressure units and pure condensing units need to be transformed into extraction back pressure units or extraction condensing units.Multiple optimization designs for extraction steam turbine units were carried out,and the reliability and performance of several extraction control methods were compared and analyzed.Based on this,a new extraction control scheme with supplementary steam was proposed on the basis of single valve regulation and nozzle throttling regulation.Theoretical analysis showed that the new extraction control scheme could improve the flexibility and economy of the unit.The research results can provide reference for performance optimization of similar steam turbines with requirements of steam extraction adjusting.
