摘 要:火电机组在深度调峰时经常会出现给水泵最小流量再循环调节阀内漏和给水再循环流量偏大的问题。针对国产化阀门,提出了一种给水再循环系统加装小旁路的方案,来进行小旁路容量配置、阀门结构优化、旁路阀选型等方面的“一机一策”改造。改造后,同等负荷下的给水再循环流量显著降低,给水泵最小流量再循环调节阀使用频率减少,给水系统能量损失减少,低负荷下机组的经济性得到提高,同时阀门维护成本得以降低。研究成果可为火电机组深度调峰下的安全经济运行提供技术支持和方案参考。During deep load regulation of coal fired units,the problems of leakage in the minimum flow recirculation regulating valve of feed pump and excessive flow of feed water recirculation often occur.For the domestic valve,a scheme of installing small bypass in the water supply recirculation system was put forward to carry out the“one machine,one policy”transformation from aspects of small bypass capacity configuration,valve structure optimization and bypass valve selection.After the transformation,the water supply recirculation flow under the same load was significantly reduced,the use frequency of the minimum flow recirculation regulator of feed pump was lessened,the energy loss of water supply system was lowered,the economy of the unit under low load was improved,and the maintenance cost of valve was decreased.The research results can provide technical support and scheme reference for the operation safety and economy of coal fired units during deep load regulation.
