摘 要:汽流激振是汽轮发电机组的常见故障之一,剧烈的激振会对机组的平稳安全运行产生严重影响。以某57 MW背压供热汽轮发电机组为例,阐述了机组在高负荷时1号轴承振动突升的现象,通过数据分析准确判断出了汽流激振为此次故障的原因,并通过优化阀序控制、提高轴承比压的方法,及时控制并消除了故障,使机组能够平稳运行。研究成果可以为同类型机组汽流激振问题的分析与处理提供参考。Steam⁃induced vibration is one of the common faults in turbine generator units.Severe vibration will seriously affect the operation safety and stability of unit.Taking a 57 MW backpressure heat supply turbine generator unit as example,the abrupt rise of vibration in No.1 bearing under high load was demonstrated,and the steam excitation was deduced to be the cause of this failure by data analysis.After optimization of opening sequence of valves and increasing the specific pressure of bearing,the vibration was controlled in time and finally eliminated,so the unit was able to operate stably.The research findings can provide reference for the analysis and treatment of steam⁃induced vibration in the same type of units.
