摘  要:目前,跨座式单轨桥梁建设中面临技术标准少、建设条件复杂、线形精度要求高等问题,需对跨座式单轨桥梁性能及建造技术进行系统研究。并通过对跨座式单轨桥梁结构静态、动态受力性能进行实际测试,系统研究跨座式单轨受力特性,分析结构基频与动力系数的相互关系,通过回归分析得出适用于跨座式单轨“结构基频-动力系数”的计算公式。通过对疲劳设计公式及疲劳作用效应的研究,引入疲劳损伤修正系数,再通过研究列车经过不同跨度桥梁的荷载效应比频谱,结合设计寿命期内的运营次数,得到设计寿命期内荷载效应比频谱,进而得到损伤修正系数取值。研发一种可三维精调的临时固结系统,包含墩顶混凝土锁定块、临时杆件、可调节墩身预埋件三部分,可解决大跨度钢桁轨道梁桥转体施工不同方向误差难以调整、线形精度要求高的建造技术难题。To solve the current problems of lack of technical standards,complex construction conditions,and high linear accuracy requirements for straddle monorail bridges,the performance and construction technology of straddle type monorail bridges were systematically studied.By conducting actual tests on the static and dynamic stress performance of the straddle type monorail bridge structure,and statistical analysis of measured dynamic and static load data,the force characteristics of cross seat monorails were studied,the relationship between structural fundamental frequency and dynamic coefficient was analyzed.Through regression analysis,after appropriate revisions,a calculation formula suitable for the“structural fundamental frequency dynamic coefficient”of straddle type monorails was preliminarily summarized.Through the study of fatigue design formulas and fatigue effects,fatigue damage correction factors were introduced by studying the load effect ratio spectrum of a train passing through bridges of different spans.Based on the number of operations during the design lifespan,the load effect ratio spectrum within the design lifespan was obtained,as well as the value of the damage correction coefficient.By developing a temporary consolidation system that could be finely tuned in three dimensions,a continuous steel truss beam adjustable temporary consolidation system was proposed,which included three parts:concrete locking blocks at the pier top,temporary members,and adjustable pier body embedded parts,to solve the technical difficulties in construction of difficult adjustment of errors in different directions and high requirements for linear accuracy in the rotation construction of large-span steel truss track beam bridges.
