摘　　要：针对镀锡板二次冷轧及平整机组带钢薄、运行速度高、板形控制、轧制力控制、延伸率控制、张力控制都比较困难,生产工艺设备要求都比普碳钢高的特点,对全线工艺、设备等进行全新设计。详细介绍整体方案、张力控制、板形控制等工艺重点及设备特点。In view of the characteristics of tin plate secondary cold rolling and tempering mills including difficulties in controlling of thin strip thickness,high operation speed,strip profile,rolling force,elongation and tension,as well as higher requirements of the process equipment than ordinary carbon steel,this paper carries out redesign for the overall processes,equipment and other aspects of the whole production line.Main process features of the overall scheme,tension control and profile control,as well as characteristics of the equipment will be introduced in detail.
