摘　　要：通过对比分析各种工业位置检测传感器,发现一种适用于钢厂行车、堆取料机、卸料小车等恶劣环境,且能长期稳定工作的位置检测传感器—EIC数字码带。该传感器具备直线、圆形、S弯及不规则曲线轨道机车位置检测功能,能在酸碱、盐雾、粉尘、高低温、水下等恶劣环境下长期稳定运行。By comparison and analyzation of various industrial position detection sensors,a kind of position detection sensor,the EIC digital code strip,is found to be suitable for harsh environment incl.crane,stacker,unloading car,etc.in the steel plant and capable of long-term stable operation.This sensor can provide locomotive position detection for linear,circular,s-bend and irregular curve railways,and can operate stably for a long time in harsh environments such as acid,alkali,salt mist,dust,high and low temperature,underwater,etc.
