家蚕造血器官与幼虫的生物学特性相关性分析

摘　　要：家蚕的血球在造血器官内形成,然后释放到循环血液中;血球在组织器官的解离及对侵入体内的病原体与异物进行免疫防御反应中起到很重要的作用。本文概述了家蚕的造血器官功能破坏与幼虫生长发育的关系,造血器官损伤与幼虫血液中的游离血球数、血液蛋白质的成分变化、免疫防御反应等幼虫的生物学特性的相关性。The haemocytes of silkworm are formed in hematopoietic organs and then released into circulating blood.Haemocytes play important roles not only in the dissociation of tissues and organs but also in the immune defense response to pathogens and foreign bodies that invade the body.In this article the relationship between functional destruction of the hematopoietic organs and development of silkworms were summarized.The correlation between the functional destruction of the hematopoietic organs and the biological characteristics of the larvae were also discussed,such as the number of free haemocytes in the blood,changes in the composition of blood proteins,and immune defense reactions of the larvae.
