隆阳区蚕桑科技培训工作的成效与建议

摘　　要：蚕桑产业是隆阳区的一项传统优势产业,隆阳区把科技培训做为蚕桑技术指导和服务蚕业的重要抓手,每年定期开展蚕桑技术员的培训,对重点村开展培训1次以上,重点抓好小蚕共育员培训,精心组织现场观摩培训,入户开展栽桑养蚕关键环节的指导和现场培训,利用每批蚕结束的生产总结会议开展培训,争取机会邀请专家开展高层次技术培训。通过扎实的科技培训,促进了蚕桑产业发展和科技成果转化,提高了蚕农素质,促进了农民增收;目前存在的问题主要是部分基层领导对培训工作不够重视,蚕农老龄化、受教育程度低、对新技术接受能力较低;经费短缺,蚕业科技人员素质提升滞后。今后工作建议,一是提高思想认识,切实加强科技培训;二是要提升科技人员素质,提高培训效能;三是要不断改进培训方式方法,提高培训效果,为促进乡村振兴和农民增收多作贡献。Sericulture industry is a traditional advantage of Longyang District.Science and technology training as sericulture technical guidance and services to the sericulture industry as an important hand in Longyang District.Regular annual training of sericulture technicians,the key villages to carry out training more than once,focusing on small silkworm training,carefully organised on-site observation of the training,households to carry out planting of mulberry sericulture key links in the guidance and on-site training,the use of each batch of silkworms to end of the production.We also make use of the production summary meeting at the end of each batch of silkworms to carry out training,and strive for the opportunity to invite experts to carry out high-level technical training.Through solid scientific and technological training,promote the development of sericulture industry and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,improve the quality of sericulturist,promote the farmers to increase income;the current problem is mainly part of the grass-roots leaders do not pay enough attention to the training work,sericulturist aging,low level of education,lower acceptance of new technologies;shortage of funds,sericulture scientific and technological personnel to improve the quality of lagging behind.Suggestions for future work are,firstly,to improve the ideological understanding and effectively strengthen the scientific and technological training;secondly,to improve the quality of scientific and technological personnel and improve the effectiveness of training;thirdly,to continuously improve the training methods and approaches,to improve the effectiveness of training,and to make more contributions to the promotion of rural revitalisation and farmers'income generation.
