摘  要:盘区皮带巷是盘区的运煤通道,巷道支护合理与否直接影响盘区生产。分析了晋北某矿5^(#)煤层和顶底板的岩性及变化情况、地质构造现状,在现场调研的基础上,确定了该矿皮带东延巷道顶板为煤层顶板,巷道支护采用“预应力锚杆+W型钢带+锚索补强”的锚杆锚索联合支护方式。通过理论计算得出了锚杆和锚索的长度、直径、间排距等支护参数。工程实践表明,晋北某矿5#煤层皮带东延巷使用过程中巷道顶帮变形小,支护形式和支护参数合理,满足皮带巷安全生产的要求。The belt roadway is the coal transportation channel of the panel,and whether the roadway support is reasonable directly affects the production of the panel.This paper analyzes the lithology change and geological structure status of No.5 coal seam and its roof and floor in a mine in northern Shanxi.On the basis of field investigation,it is determined that the roof of the east extension roadway of the mine belt is the roof of the coal seam,and the roadway support adopts the combined support method of‘pre-stressed anchor rod,W-shaped steel belt and anchor cable reinforcement’.The support parameters such as length,diameter and row spacing of anchor bolt and anchor cable are obtained by theoretical calculation.Engineering practice shows that in the process of using the east extension roadway of belt in No.5 coal seam of a mine in northern Shanxi,the deformation of roadway roof is small,the support form and support parameters are reasonable,and the requirements of safe production of belt roadway are met.
