摘 要:针对巷道过断层期间围岩变形量大、支护困难的问题,以山西高河能源有限公司E2301胶带顺槽为研究对象,采用理论分析和现场实测的研究方法,对断层破碎带巷道围岩结构和力学特征进行了分析,采用短掘短支的施工工艺和“超前注浆+锚网索+梯子梁”联合支护方案,有效控制了巷道过断层破碎带围岩变形,为巷道稳定和工作面安全生产提供了保障。Aiming at the problems of large deformation and difficult support of surrounding rock during roadway passing through fault,taking E2301 belt roadway of Shanxi Gaohe Energy Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the structure and mechanical characteristics of roadway surrounding rock in fault fracture zone are analyzed by theoretical analysis and field measurement.The construction technology of short excavation and short support and the combined support scheme of'advanced grouting,anchor net cable and ladder beam'are adopted.When passing through fault fracture zone,the deformation of roadway surrounding rock is effectively controlled,which provides guarantee for roadway stability and safe production of working face.
