摘　　要：目的了解浙江省大学生男男性行为者(men who have sex with men, MSM)HIV检测行为和影响因素, 为促进该人群HIV检测的干预措施制定提供依据。方法 2022年3—7月, 采用方便样本抽样法在杭州、宁波、金华、嘉兴和绍兴等地招募年龄≥18岁的在校大学生MSM作为研究对象。采用面对面和电话问卷调查的方式收集包括学历、性取向、出柜、网络临时性行为、艾滋病知识、预防技能、HIV检测等。采用SPSS 25.0软件进行探索性因子分析, 采用SPSS Amos 24.0构建结构方程模型。结果 671名MSM学生中, 83.9%(563/671)报告至少做过1次HIV检测, 73.6%(494/671)报告至少做过1次HIV自我检测。修正后的结构方程模型拟合较好, 拟合指数中近似误差指数为0.05, 拟合优度指数为0.97, 修正拟合指数为0.95。模型拟合结果显示对MSM学生HIV检测行为产生直接效应的因素包括艾滋病知识、网络临时性行为和加入MSM社群年限, 总效应值分别为0.282、0.183和0.133。结论 MSM学生的检测行为有待提高, 重点关注加入MSM社群年限不长者, 为发生网络临时性行为者提供更便利高效的检测服务, 加强关键艾滋病知识的宣传可能有利于提升该人群检测行为。Objective:To understand HIV testing behaviors and associated factors among men who have sex with men(MSM)in college in Zhejiang,so as to provide a basis for the development of intervention measures to promote HIV testing in this population.Methods:From March to July 2022,convenience sampling was used to recruit MSM college students aged≧18 years old in five cities,including Hangzhou,Ningbo,Jinhua,Jiaxing and Shaoxing.Data were collected through face-to-face and telephone questionnaires,covering topics such as education level,sexual orientation,coming out,online casual sexual behaviors,knowledge about AIDS,prevention skills,and HIV testing.Exploratory factor analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0,and structural equation modeling was constructed by SPSS Amos 24.0.Results:Among 671 MSM college students enrolled,83.9%(563/671)were reported having undergone at least one HIV test,and 73.6%(494/671)were reported having performed at least one self-test for HIV.A modified structural equation model presented good fitting results with a root mean square error of approximation of 0.05,an unbiased goodness of fit index of 0.97,and an adjusted goodness of fit index of 0.95.The structural equation modeling results indicated that the factors directly affecting HIV testing behavior among MSM students included knowledge about AIDS,online casual sexual behaviors and duration in MSM community,with the standardized total effect values of 0.282,0.183 and 0.133.Conclusions:The HIV testing behavior among MSM college students needs to be further improved.Focusing on those who have recently joined the MSM community,providing more convenient and efficient testing services for individuals engaging in online casual behavior,along with strengthening the promotion of key AIDS knowledge,may help enhance testing behavior in this population.
