摘 要:呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus, RSV)是婴幼儿发生严重呼吸道疾病的主要病因之一。目前RSV感染尚无有效治疗手段, 但可通过疫苗接种或注射被动免疫生物制品进行预防。婴幼儿早期使用单克隆抗体能有效预防RSV感染, 降低重症和死亡率, 本文就RSV单克隆抗体的最新研究进展进行综述。Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)is one of the major causes of severe respiratory diseases in infants.At present,no effective treatment is available against RSV infection.However,vaccine or passive immune biologics against RSV can offer effective protection.Early use of monoclonal antibody in infants can prevent RSV infection and reduce the incidence of severe disease and death.This article reviews the latest research progress on monoclonal antibodies targeting RSV.
