摘  要:轮胎作为地面车辆驱动系统的末端执行元件,对整车诸多性能起着至关重要的作用.近年来,由于传统轮胎在多参量信息感知、可靠性预测及环境适应性等方面的发展瓶颈明显,以轮胎材料优化、结构创新及信息感知为手段的解决方案应运而生.其中轮胎材料及结构创新为解决轮胎固有问题提供新思路;智能轮胎信息感知技术则使轮胎作为敏感元件感受自身状态和道路信息,并与智能驾驶和车联网等技术进行深度融合.本文综述了轮胎材料优化、结构创新与信息感知技术的研究现状,首先,回顾了近年来绿色轮胎概念下轮胎材料研究在改进滚阻性、抗湿滑性和耐磨性中作出的突破;其次,展开讨论充气轮胎、免充气轮胎及概念轮胎在结构创新方面的应用与研究;最后,重点对智能轮胎发展中的信息感知技术进行总结,讨论各类传感系统的集成方式、感知元件类型及数据解析方法.在此基础上,结合智能驾驶车辆对轮胎材料、结构和智能化的潜在技术需求及未来发展提出展望与建议.As the end-actuator of the ground vehicle drive system, tires play a vital role in many vehicle performances. In recent years,traditional tires have encountered obvious development bottlenecks in multi-parameter information perception, reliability prediction,and environmental adaptability. Tire material optimization, structural innovation, and information perception provide new means tosolve the above problems. Innovations in tire materials and structures provide new ideas for solving the inherent problems of tires.Intelligent tire information perception technology enables tires to sense their own status and road information as sensitivecomponents. It is also deeply integrated with technologies such as intelligent driving and vehicle networking. This paper reviews thecurrent status of research on tire material optimization, structural innovation, and information perception technology. Firstly, thebreakthroughs made in tire material research under the concept of green tire in recent years in improving rolling resistance, anti-skidperformance and wear resistance are reviewed. Secondly, discuss the application and research of pneumatic tires, non-pneumatic tires,and concept tires in structural innovation. Finally, the information perception technology in the development of smart tires issummarized. The integration methods of various sensor systems, sensing element types and data analysis methods are discussed. Onthis basis, prospects and suggestions are proposed for the needs of autonomous vehicles for tire materials, structures, and intelligence.
