摘　　要：有关城市社区治理的研究在过去20年经历了抗争政治和治理现代化两个研究阶段,与这两种理论视角不同,本研究从知识社会学的角度考察了一个城市小区的业主大会选举过程,并在此基础上提出了“规则的分辨率”这一分析框架。此框架一方面更细致地展现了城市社区治理事务中的社会行动的逻辑,另一方面在经验研究层次上响应了社会学理论在规则/制度的客观性、清晰性和有效性等问题上的立场。本文认为,社会学家应积极开展这类理论化尝试,以此提升社会学解释的概括力和拓展性。Research on urban community governance has undergone two research stages in the past 20years:Contentious Politics and Governance Modernization.Different from these two theoretical perspectives,this study examines the election process of the homeowners’committee in an urban community from the perspective of sociology of knowledge,and proposes a new explanation with the concept of“resolution of rules”.This analytical framework more meticulously demonstrates the logic of social action in urban community governance affairs,and reflects the latest developments of sociological theory at the level of empirical research.This paper argues that sociologists should actively engage in such theoretical attempts to enhance the generality and expansibility of sociological interpretation.
