摘　　要：为了满足减废需求,针织物冷轧堆染色技术近年来已成为纤维素纤维染色加工的优先方案。本文介绍该工艺的优势与产业发展现状,剖析染程各阶段的技术要点及常见问题,并针对企业所面临的技术挑战提出整合建议。In order to meet the demand for waste reduction,cold pad-batch dyeing of knitted fabrics has become an preferred embodiment for dyeing and processing of cellulose fibers in recent years.This research introduced the advantages of this process and the current status of industrial development,analyzed the technical points and common problems at each stage of the dyeing process,and put forward integrated suggestions for the technical challenges faced by companies.
