水性酞菁蓝颜料的制备及应用性能研究

摘　　要：阐述了水性酞菁蓝颜料及其水性色浆的制备方法,并利用接触角测量仪、测色仪、数显黏度计、粒径分布仪进行表征,研究了铜酞菁水性衍生物的用量对润湿分散性、流动性、贮存稳定性及着色强度的影响。结果表明,铜酞菁水性衍生物能有效改善酞菁蓝颜料的水性应用性能。This paper described the preparation method of aqueous phthalocyanine blue pigment and its aqueous color paste.The effects of the amount of the aqueous derivative of copper phthalocyanine on wetting dispersion,fluidity,storage stability and tint strength were studied by contact angle tester,colorimeter,digital viscometer and particle size distribution instrument.The results showed that the aqueous derivative of copper phthalocyanine can effectively improve the aqueous application properties of the phthalocyanine blue pigment.
