以全视角风险预控管理为主导的综合干预在口腔癌根治术手术室中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探究以全视角风险预控管理为主导的综合干预在口腔癌根治术手术室中的应用价值。方法:选择2022年7月~2024年7月于我院收治的56例行口腔癌根治术治疗的口腔癌患者为研究对象,采用简单随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,每组28例,依次给予常规护理干预及以全视角风险预控管理为主导的综合干预。对比术中出现的风险事件,观察两组术前、术后生活质量,统计术后并发症发生情况及护理质量评分。结果:术前两组生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术中研究组术中出现的风险事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后研究组生活质量评分、术后并发症发生情况低于对照组,护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以全视角风险预控管理为主导的综合干预在口腔癌根治术手术室中应用,能有效减少术中出现的风险事件及术后并发症,提高生活质量,对临床具有重要意义。Objective:To explore the application value of comprehensive intervention led by comprehensive risk precontrol and management in the operating room of radical resection of oral cancer.Methods:Fifty-six patients with oral cancer who underwent radical surgery in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by simple random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The preoperative and postoperative quality of life of the two groups was observed.The incidence of postoperative complications and the score of nursing quality were analyzed.Results:Before operation,there was no statistical difference in quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of intraoperative risk events in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,Quality of life and postoperative complications of the study group and postoperative complications of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing quality of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive intervention led by risk pre-control and management in the operating room of radical oral cancer surgery can effectively reduce the risk events and postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life,which is of great clinical significance.
