摘 要:化工装置的机泵作为重要的流体动力设备,在生产过程中扮演着关键角色。然而,传统的机泵运维方式存在着效率低、故障隐蔽、安全风险高、管理成本高等问题。随着数智技术的发展,少人化、无人化操作越来越成为现代工厂的智能制造转型方向。为了提高机泵运维的效率和安全性,文章研究了智能巡检机器人在化工装置机泵运维工作中的选型及应用。通过对智能巡检机器人的关键技术,应用场景,设计选型分析,列举了在化工装置机泵运维中的实际应用,探讨了其在提升运维效率、降低成本、减少安全风险等方面的优势。As an important fluid power equipment,the pump of chemical plant plays a key role in the production process.However,the traditional operation and maintenance mode of pump has some problems,such as low efficiency,hidden fault,high safety risk and high management cost.With the development of digital intelligence technology,less humanized and unmanned operation has become more and more the intelligent manufacturing transformation direction of modern factories.In order to improve the efficiency and safety of machine pump operation and maintenance,this paper studies the selection and application of intelligent inspection robot in the operation and maintenance of machine pump in chemical equipment.Through the analysis of key technologies,application scenarios,design and selection of intelligent inspection robot,the practical application in the operation and maintenance of chemical equipment pump is listed,and its advantages in improving operation and maintenance efficiency,reducing cost and reducing safety risks are discussed.
