摘 要:针对石油化工管路系统的振动问题,利用分析软件ANSYS Workbench数值模拟的方法,较全面地计算和分析了流体经过弯管时发生振动的过程,并从流体激振和声致振动两个方面对弯管的振动进行分析。流体激振结果表明流体流速对管道振动有较大的影响,增大流速会加剧管道内运行的不稳定性,振动更加剧烈,流致振动的响应频率较低,接近管道的低阶固有频率;声致振动的结果表明引起声共振的激励通常为高频,位于声模态的高阶固有频率附近,并且振幅较大。通过计算分析清晰地揭示了弯管内的振动特性,为后续的研究提供参考价值。Aiming at the vibration problem of petrochemical pipeline system,the numerical simulation method of ANSYS Workbench is used to calculate and analyze the process of fluid vibration when it passes through pipe bending,and the vibration of pipe bending is analyzed from two aspects of fluid excitation and sound vibration.The results of fluid-induced vibration show that the fluid flow rate has a great influence on the pipeline vibration.Increasing the flow rate will aggravate the instability of the pipeline operation,and the vibration will be more intense.The response frequency of fluid-induced vibration is lower,which is close to the low-order natural frequency of the pipeline.The results of acoustic vibration show that the excitation of acoustic resonance is usually high frequency,located near the high order natural frequency of the acoustic mode,and the amplitude is large.Through calculation and analysis,the vibration characteristics of the curved pipe are clearly revealed,which provides reference value for the subsequent research.
