摘 要:纳米气凝胶毡绝热性能和疏水性能优异,在石油化工、建筑节能等领域有广阔的应用前景,然而其价格昂贵,工业化推广应用困难。将气凝胶毡与常规保温材料复合,可有效降低绝热材料使用量、提高保温效果、减少散热损失。通过保温材料对比分析、粘结剂性能测试、以及制备工艺的研究,制备出气凝胶毡/常规保温材料异质复合保温管壳,并将其进行工业化应用。结果表明,复合保温管壳施工便利,可有效减少散热损失,延长使用寿命,使经济效益最大化。Nano aerogel material has excellent thermal insulation and hydrophobic properties,and has broad application prospects in petrochemical industry,building energy conservation and other fields.However,it is expensive and difficult to be industrialized.The composite of aerogel material and conventional thermal insulation material can effectively reduce the amount of thermal insulation material,improve thermal insulation effect and reduce heat loss.Through comparative analysis of insulation materials,binder performance testing,and preparation process research,the aerogel/conventional insulation material heterogeneous composite insulation pipe shell was prepared and industrialized.The results show that the composite insulation shell is convenient for construction,can effectively reduce heat loss,prolong service life and maximize economic benefits.
