摘  要:本文介绍了一种平立交替矫直机组,主要用在热送辊道末端,加热炉入口处。用于减小钢坯弯曲量,保证钢坯能够顺利进入加热炉,进而降低废坯率。共设置五组平矫直机组和五组立矫直机组,平矫直与立矫直交替布置,用以控制钢坯在四个方向均满足尺寸要求。并对温降问题进行了分析,提出两种隔热设计方案,针对车间有无冷却水的情况,设计了两种结构辊子装配形式,减少钢坯在通过矫直机组时的温降。通过采用隔热材料设计,可以实现在无冷却水的情况下,顺利实现矫直过程,并防止轴承等元件在高温过钢时受到损坏。This article introduces a horizontal and vertical straightening unit,mainly used at the end of the hot conveying roller conveyor and the inlet of the heating furnace.Used to reduce the bending amount of steel billets and ensure that they can smoothly enter the heating furnace,thereby reducing the scrap rate.There are five sets of flat straightening units and five sets of vertical straightening units,horizontal and vertical straightening are arranged alternately to control the steel billets to meet dimensional requirements in all four directions.And an analysis was conducted on the temperature drop issue,proposing two insulation design schemes.Two structural roller assembly forms were designed for the presence or absence of cooling water in the workshop to reduce the temperature drop of steel billets when passing through the straightening unit.By using insulation materials for design,it is possible to achieve a smooth straightening process without cooling water,and to prevent damage to bearings and other components during high-temperature steelmaking.
