摘 要:旨在提高高速线材粗轧机的主减速机组传动效率高速线材粗轧机的主减速机组传动效率。分析了原高速线材粗轧机组主传动结构中减速机分布和工作特征;提出了主传动减速机的改造思路并对比了两种设计方案。改造思路是将原本的一台主电机改为两台,三台减速机和四台齿轮座合并为一台联合减速机。方案将减速机与齿轮座合并,同时减速机输入轴布置在配对齿轮的上方。研究结果表明,改造方案提升额定转速,提升轧制效率;减少了齿轮、轴承及联轴器的使用数量,提升系统稳定性。布局也更为合理,具备更高的实用价值。This paper aims to improve the transmission efficiency of the main reducer of high-speed wire roughing mill.The distribution and working characteristics of the reducer in the main drive structure of the original high speed wire roughing mill are analyzed.This paper puts forward the transformation idea of main drive reducer and compares two design schemes.The idea of transformation is to change the original one main motor into two,three reducer and four gear seats into a combined reducer.The scheme combines the reducer with the gear seat,and the input shaft of the reducer is arranged above the matching gear.The results show that the modified scheme increases the rated speed and improves the rolling efficiency.Reduce the number of gears,bearings and couplings used to improve system stability.The layout is also more reasonable and has higher practical value.
