摘 要:异型坯连铸结晶器冷却结构优化有助于其寿命提高。本文以连铸异型结晶器铜板为研究对象,利用大型有限元软件,对其传热行为进行分析研究。建立连铸异型坯结晶器铜板三维有限元模型,进行数值模拟分析,解析铜板温度场的分布。通过分析了不同冷却结构布置方式下铜板的热行为,重点考察结晶器铜板热面温度峰值和温度均匀性。结论指出,本研究提出的连铸异型坯结晶器铜板冷却结构优化方法具有实际应用价值,为异型坯连铸结晶器技术的进一步提升提供了新的优化设计思路。The optimization of the cooling structure of the special-shaped parison continuous casting mold is helpful to improve its service life.In this paper,the heat transfer behavior of the copper plate of continuous casting beam blank mould is studied by using large-scale finite element software.A three-dimensional finite element model was established for the copper plate of the continuous casting beam blank mould,and the temperature field distribution of the copper plate was analyzed by numerical simulation.The thermal behaviors of the copper plate were analyzed under different arrangements for the cooling structure,and the temperature peak and uniformity on the hot surface of the copper plate of the mould were investigated.It is concluded that the method for optimization of cooling structure for copper plate of continuous casting beam blank mould has practical application value and provides a new design idea for improving the technology of the continuous casting beam blank mould.
