摘　　要：针对铜阳极板圆盘浇铸机现有的人工摸泥方式涂抹不均匀、工作人员安全性低等问题,设计出一种针对顶针缝隙的自动摸泥振打设备,实现顶针缝隙的自动化精准涂抹。通过使用基于振打气缸和振打器的传动机构,实现对顶针的反复振打,实现顶杆的完全复位。该设备使用PLC作为控制系统,可靠性高的同时,也便于将该系统集成到整个圆盘浇铸机系统中。通过试验机性能测试与生产现场实验,结果显示:顶针振打复位功能可靠,抹泥功能涂抹的泥浆平整且不会超出铸模平面,不会出现阳极板顶杆处鼓包,保证了顶杆处平面度和密封性。将抹泥振打设备应用到圆盘浇铸机中减轻了劳动负担,提高了阳极板质量。In response to the problems of uneven mud application by manual methods and low safety for workers in the existing copper anode plate round disc casting machine,a device for automatic mud application and vibration was designed to target the pin joint gap.This device achieves automated and precise mud application for the pin joint gap.By using a transmission mechanism based on a vibration cylinder and a vibrator,the pin is repeatedly vibrated to achieve complete reset.The device uses a PLC as the control system,which is reliable and easy to integrate into the entire round disc casting machine system.The results of performance testing on the test machine and field experiments at the production site show that the pin vibration reset function is reliable,the mud application function applies mud evenly and does not extend beyond the casting mold plane,and no bulges appear on the anode plate top rod,ensuring flatness and sealing at the top rod.Applying the mud application and vibration device to the round disc casting machine reduces labor burden and improves the quality of the anode plate.
