摘  要:通过液压仿真技术分析和设计液压综合实验平台。根据对液压教学实验回路的原理分析进行仿真,得出仿真结果,得出液压教学实验回路优化的方法,进行液压综合实验平台原理图绘制与元件选型,最终设计出综合液压实验平台,将实验结果对仿真结果和进行对比确认仿真效果。以尽可能最少的成本采购了所需液压元件,设计出了有一定实用性的综合液压实验平台。利用AMESim对液压系统实验进行仿真设计,可有效解决传统液压实验平台采购和维护成本大、利用率不高的问题,具有一定的现实意义。Analyzing and designing a hydraulic comprehensive experimental platform through hydraulic simulation technology.Based on the principle analysis of the hydraulic teaching experimental circuit,simulation results are obtained,and the optimization method of the hydraulic teaching experimental circuit is obtained.The schematic diagram of the hydraulic comprehensive experimental platform is drawn and the component selection is carried out.Finally,the comprehensive hydraulic experimental platform is designed,and the experimental results are coMPared with the simulation results to confirm the simulation effect.Purchased the required hydraulic components at the lowest possible cost and designed a practical comprehensive hydraulic experimental platform.Using AMESim for simulation design of hydraulic system experiments can effectively solve the problems of high procurement and maintenance costs and low utilization of traditional hydraulic experimental platforms,which has certain practical significance.
