摘 要:铝合金渣清除系统智能化是发展方向。本研究开发了一套铝硅锅沿结渣智能清除系统。首先分析铝渣形成原因、铝渣主要成分以及物理特性并设计了桁架机器人。该清除系统采用桁架机器人和等离子切割相结合,桁架机器人结构特点是夹持激光头沿周向和Z向轨迹运行。研究结果表明,铝渣主要成分为氧化铝,具有硬度高,熔点高特点(2054℃),采用龙门式桁架机器人和等离子切割,实现了清除系统的功能化和智能化。The intelligent aluminum alloy slag removal system is the development direction.In this study,an intelligent slag removal system along the edge of the aluminum-silicon pot was developed.Firstly,the causes of the formation of aluminum slag,the main components and physical characteristics of aluminum slag were analyzed,and the truss robot was designed.The removal system uses a combination of a truss robot and plasma cutting,and the truss robot structure is characterized by the clamping laser head running along the circumferential and Z-direction trajectories.The results show that the main component of aluminum slag is alumina,which has the characteristics of high hardness and high melting point(2054°C),and the functionalization and intelligence of the removal system are realized by using gantry truss robot and plasma cutting.
