摘  要:针对冷轧大张力卷取机轴头故障,基于轴承使用寿命计算和轴承安装要求,分析了卷筒轴头轴承两次破坏的原因。通过重新调整外支撑的安装精度和轴头轴承的轴向游隙,有效解决了轴头故障问题,保证了卷取机在高速、大张力工况下连续稳定运行。最后,提出了一种外支撑快速调整方法和卷筒轴头的改进设计方案。Based on the calculation of bearing service life and bearing installation requirements,the reasons for the two failures of the mandrel head bearings in cold rolling high-tension reel were analyzed.By readjusting the installation accuracy of the outboard bearing support and the axial clearance of the bearings,the mandrel head failure was finally solved fundamentally,ensuring continuous and stable operation of the reel under high-speed and high-tension conditions.Finally,a quick adjustment method for outboard bearing support and an improved design scheme for the mandrel head were proposed.
