摘 要:为了准确判断传动设备的运行状态,频谱分析是其振动分析的关键和基础。本文对此根据实现时频转换的离散傅立叶变换原理,采用MATLAB软件来编译傅立叶变换程序,将采集的时域离散信号转换成频域信号,并绘制时域波形和频域特征谱,包括幅频和相频。实践表明,可以根据程序运行后的时频谱对振动信号进行谱分析以判断设备振动情况,进而判断故障情况。In order to accurately judge the operating state of transmission equipment,spectrum analysis is the key and foundation of vibration analysis.In this paper,according to the discrete Fourier transform principle of time-frequency conversion,MATLAB software is used to compile the Fourier transform program,convert the collected discrete signal in the time domain into the signal in the frequency domain,and draw the waveform in the time domain and the characteristic spectrum in the frequency domain,including amplitude frequency and phase frequency.The practice shows that the vibration signal can be analyzed according to the time spectrum after the program is run to judge the vibration of the equipment and then judge the fault situation.
