摘　　要：对烧结烟气脱硫脱硝系统圆顶阀故障原因进行研究,基于“人、机、料、法、环”五维问题分析法找出故障原因,针对故障原因提出了对圆顶阀的控制程序、气动执行机构、阀体等的改进措施。改进后,圆顶阀故障率显著下降,取得良好效果,为类似圆顶阀故障问题处理提供了参考。The causes of failure of dome valve in sintered flue gas desulfurization and denitrification system were studied.Based on the five-dimensional problem analysis method of"man,machine,material,method and environment",the causes of failure are identified.Improvement measures for the control program,pneumatic actuator and valve body of the dome valve are proposed to address the causes of failure.After the improvement,the failure rate of the dome valve was significantly reduced and good results were achieved,which provided a reference for similar dome valve failure problems.
