摘　　要：智能机械化更换高炉冷却设备是发展趋势。首钢股份3#高炉研发了一套全液压吹管装卸机、全液压风口中缸两用装卸机和全液压风口内壁修磨清渣机。全液压吹管装卸机、全液压风口中缸两用装卸机具有多项专业化设备配套工艺;全液压风口内壁修磨清渣机具有安全高效、节能环保等特点。实际应用结果表明,新型更换冷却设备能显著提高高炉检修效率,劳动效率显著提高及保证人员安全,提高环保系数和设备安全系数和提高冷却设备安装质量。经改造后,首钢股份3#高炉炉前检修取得了较好的成果,劳动效率提高,且预计全年增产12000吨,增创效益500万。Intelligent mechanized replacement of blast furnace cooling equipment is the development trend.Shougang No.3 blast furnace has developed a set of full hydraulic blowpipe loader,full hydraulic tuyere medium cylinder dual-purpose loader and full hydraulic tuyere inner wall grinding and slag cleaning machine.Full hydraulic blowpipe loader,full hydraulic tuyere cylinder dual loading and unloading machine has a number of specialized equipment supporting technology;The all-hydraulic tuyere inner wall grinding and slag cleaning machine has the characteristics of safety,high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection.The practical application results show that the new replacement cooling equipment can significantly improve the maintenance efficiency of blast furnace,improve the labor efficiency,ensure the safety of personnel,improve the environmental protection factor and equipment safety factor and improve the installation quality of cooling equipment.After renovation,No.3 BF in Shougang limited company front maintenance has achieved good results,improved labor efficiency,and is expected to increase production by 12000 tons throughout the year,with an additional benefit of 5 million yuan.
